Everything in the Puppy Package, plus:

🐾 Clinical notes (you dictate, I scribe)
🐾 Arranging referrals (costs, timescales & coordination)
🐾 Social media & website updates
🐾 Admin & organisation (spreadsheets, stock, reports… all the chewy stuff)

The Complete Care
Wise, experienced, and covering all the bases (with a touch of grey but plenty of heart).
Everything in the Adult Dog Package, plus:

🐾 Deeper practice support (behind-the-scenes help tailored to your team)
🐾 Phone Divert with a personal touch – I don’t just do the admin, I become part of your pack

Personalised Call Answering Service
This is offered as part of all of the above packages, however, if you only require call answering then this can be set up as below:
Flat fee of £5 per month for your personalised divert number.
🐾 I use software to know which clients number is being called so I can answer the call according to your business requirements. This makes it perosonal and I become part of your team.
🐾 Upto 20 calls per month answered - £65 per month inclusive of the flat fee
🐾 Upto 40 calls per month answered - £125 per month inclusive of the flat fee
🐾 Upto 60 calls per month answered - £185 per month inclusive of the flat fee
Directly following each call I will email you with the request of the caller, their contact details and best time to call.
If the call is an emergency, I will call you direct immediately.
